Variety Club of BC
The Variety Club of BC has been an important donor
since 1988, contributing more that $536,271 to our Special Care
Nursery. Through their support, Royal Columbian Hospital established
a Level III neonatal intensive care unit, enhancing the hospital’s
ability to meet the life-saving and diagnostic needs of its smallest
and most vulnerable patients.
Each year over 1,300 children and their families are
helped by the medical equipment provided by grants through the Variety
Club of British Columbian.
Last year the Variety Club of BC disbursed over $4.5
million to qualified agencies. As well, over the past three years,
the Variety Club of BC has provided grants to more than 500 individual
families, disbursing over $900,000 province-wide.
