New Westminster, B.C. – {October 28, 2019} – A unique charitable partnership between Southern Railway of British Columbia and Royal Columbian Hospital Foundation continues to pay dividends for rail safety and patient care several years later.
Since 2012, the New Westminster-based freight transporter has made regular contributions to the hospital by matching funds saved through injury prevention, thereby promoting safety and giving back to the community at the same time.
Southern Railway of BC has contributed close to $400,000 to the hospital since the initiative began.
